A-Frame Winder Slitter Upgrade
Improve slitting quality on A-frame winder currently in production.
Minimize out of service time.
Old but in production hydraulic drive A-frame winder..
FEATURES:
· Replace anvil roll with heavier duty roll with hardened replaceable sleeves.
· Replace male knife mounting cross bar with sturdier structure.
· Provide simple independent trim knife width adjustment.
· Drive anvil roll at optimum speed for clean cutting.
o Belted in ratio per user’s experience.
· MINIMIZE OUT OF SERVICE TIME
Installation completed in 1 shift.
